Welcome back! I hope you all had fabulous summers filled with fun, sun, and relaxation. I have attached a helpful handout to this message denoting which language tasks most young children are able to engage in, along with some helpful activities you can do at home to help facilitate further skill development! I have also attached a speech sound acquisition handout to indicate which sounds your child should be able to produce depending on his/her age and which ones are still developing at his time. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have about your child's speech or language development as the year progresses!
I hope you all have a wonderful transition back to school :)
