Alternate Transportation Form

If your child is using alternate transportation either to or from a band event, please click on this link and fill out the form: ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION FORM

BAND FEES, 2015-16

Pay to Play:

• • $100 for 1st child/ $75 for 2nd/ $50 for 3rd

• Must be paid at registration Aug 11/12

  • Money goes toward the school

Incidental Fee:

• • Guard/ Winds: $120

  • Percussion: $150 (additional charge covers the cost of sticks)

• Must be paid by 1st football game (Aug 28)

  • Fee goes towards food on competition days, band shirt, charter bus for state finals, etc

Uniform Fee:

• • Winds/Percussion: $100 for new members/ $50 for vets

  • Guard: $120 for new members/ $70 for vets

• Must be paid by 1st Competition (Sept 19)

  • Covers the cost of shoes. gloves, uniform maintenance, etc. Added money for Guard covers guard gloves

Payments can be made in the high school office. Speak with MHS bookkeeper Michelle Greenawalt. If you are able, all 3 payments can be made at registration on August 11/12.

If you are unable to make the payment on the scheduled date, please contact me to arrange a payment plan. Students not making payments or scheduling a payment plan are subject to being benched from performances.
