The Maumee Band Parent Organization supports bands in grades 6-12 of the Maumee City School District. Better known as MBPO, the group was recognized at the 2025 Ohio Music Education Association Professional Development Conference as the 2025 Ohio Outstanding Music Support group for the entire state of Ohio. The group staffs concession stands at all Maumee athletic events to raise funds for additional staffing and support of the bands, winterguard and drumline programs.Â
