2023 Sale: Nov. 15-29


We are excited to kick off our 2023 VMS Music Cookie Dough Fundraiser on Wednesday, November 15th. On this date, all band and choir students will meet during their normal class time in the Band Room, where they will learn about our fundraiser and participate in a fun kick-off activity. 


Step 1: Create a Fundraiser Account

We would like you to get your student registered to participate before the kick-off on November 15th. Please follow the link below to create an account for your child. Students will need to use a personal or parent email address and choose a password that your child knows and can remember. Our Fundraising Representative, Trish, will walk our band and choir students through the website during our kick-off, so students will need to know their log-in information to access their account.

Step 2: Gather Customer Contact Information

Students will have an opportunity to contact friends and family during the fundraiser kick-off, so we would like all students to come to school on November 15th with five names of family or friends, plus their phone numbers or email addresses! Students who have a cell phone will be allowed to bring their device to class on the 15th, and students without a cell phone will bring their Chromebooks. We will have a fun challenge during their class period where students will reach out and ask for support during the kick-off. There will be donuts and prizes involved for all students who get sales during this time! 


Step 3: Sell Cookie Dough to Earn $$$ for VMS Music and Earn Great Prizes

Students will have two weeks to sell Cookie Dough, with orders due Wednesday, November 29th. There will also be an option for students to collect monetary donations, in case their customers would prefer to make a donation instead. Sellers will be able to earn very fun prizes throughout the sale! We have attached a flyer with more information about the fundraiser, as well as an additional flyer describing the fantastic prizes. 


Please Note: Important Fundraiser Dates

Wednesday, November 15 - Fundraiser Kick-Off

Wednesday, November 29 - Cookie Dough Orders Due

Monday, December 18 - Product Pick-Up (3-5 pm at VMS) 


Step 4: Deliver Products to Customers and Collect Fantastic Prizes

Sellers are asked to deliver Cookie Dough to their customers as soon as possible after product pick-up. We thank our students and their families for their hard work and support of our VMS Music Program. We are hoping to purchase a new piano and music stands for the band room, and new show choir uniforms and speakers for the choir room.
