In Year 8 you will cover a variety of topics aimed at helping you to consolidate your understanding of key facts about the 6 world religions. You will also look at Human Rights, Prejudice and Discrimination and how we are treating the Environment. For each of these themes you have to consider what the moral and ethical issues are, your own personal opinions and also how religious people might feel about them.
To see the Long Term Scheme of work please scroll to the bottom of the page.
Homework is electronic and follows the same pattern for each topic. You will get one homework linked to learning key vocabulary, one will be a creative or extended written task and the final one will be linked to revision.
