Registration

How much does it cost?

• • For any undergraduate or postgraduate student affiliated with a NZ university: $40

  • For academic/faculty staff affiliated with a NZ university: $150

  • Others: $200

Registration includes entry to all presentation and poster sessions (including keynotes), workshops, social events, the industry event, and meals for the duration of the conference.

How do I register?

You need to complete the following "Registration Payment Form". Make sure to complete the table with your T-Shirt size, meal preferences and free accommodation request. Free accommodation is available at Palmerston North Holiday Park for the first 40 students who register. Authors whose papers have been accepted will be given priority to that accommodation.

Please register before Friday, 25 March 2011 in order to get a T-Shirt and make it easier for us to arrange events, and catering.

Registration Payment Form

Registration can be made via one of the following methods:

• 1. Credit Card by Email: Please complete Registration Form (pdf,word) and email it to Graham Jenson at nzcsrsc@maori.geek.nz.

  2. Credit Card by Fax: Please complete Registration Form (pdf,word) and fax it through +64 6 350 2259 Attention: Graham Jenson.

  10. Bank deposit: Please complete Registration Form (pdf,word) and make your payment (see details in the form). Important! If you are paying via bank deposit, make sure that you included "PR404110704" as the reference and payer's last name as particulars, otherwise we won't be able to identify your payment.

You will receive an invoice and confirmation email once your registration is successfully processed.

Note: Registration will only be processed after payment has been received.
