Accommodation
Free accommodation for the 18th, 19th and 20th of April is available at Palmerston North Holiday Park for the first 40 students who register. Authors whose papers have been accepted will be given priority to that accommodation if they register before Friday, 25 March 2011. Note: separate accommodation is available for female students.
Extra Accommodation Options
If you are not presenting and are a student or if you need to stay an extra night in Palmerston North, here are some additional accommodation options:
Stay at the Holiday Park we have booked. If it is possible, we recommend staying there because it will allow you to get more interaction with other students which is the main goal of the conference.
We could try find students in Palmerston North who have room available in their flats to house you. This solution will not scale very well, but it is free, and you would be with a local able to direct you to the conference.
Stay at a local hostel or hotel, clearly the most expensive option.
