Course Records Form

You need to create your own copy of this document. Fortunately, with Google Drive, it's easy to do!

Directions

1. Open the form below - look for the pop-out icon when you roll your mouse over the form.
2. Make sure you are signed in with your SNU Email address.
3. Once you have the form open, click File>>>Make a Copy
4. Change the name to YOUR NAME Course Records Form.
5. Choose the appropriate folder by navigating with the arrow next to "My Drive" in the box where you change the title of the document.
6. Fill in the appropriate information.
7. If you need more/less rows, right click on the table and look for the appropriate action.
