TEXTBOOKS

Now Media: The Evolution of Electronic Communication - Norman Medoff, Barbara Kaye (4th edition, 2021 Rutledge Pub). Please ensure that you have the text by the start of classes. Extensions and make ups will not be permitted for failing to have the textbook. The book is available for digital rental from Vital Source or RedShelf (through the CCSF Bookstore). You may use hard copy or digital, but you must have the 4th edition of the textbook - earlier editions will not correspond to lesson plans, quizzes and exams.

Course instructions and other details will be sent to all students via e-mail prior to the start of term. Messages will only be sent to the student e-mail address issued by CCSF so please make sure you are checking that regularly.

COURSE ANNOUNCEMENTS

All work will be done online via the Canvas instructional system - there are no on-campus meetings. If you are new to Canvas, you will receive an email on the first day with your login instructions and password. VERY IMPORTANT - in order to use Canvas, you must claim your RAM ID.
