Reading: This year your child will be responsible for reading 20 minutes each night. This can be a book of their choice. Please initial and record the number of minutes read each night in the parent signature/comments box on your child’s green sheet. In an effort to keep reading more engaging, please continue to check your email for a weekly Seesaw challenge. We encourage parents to ask comprehension questions during/after your child is reading. We believe it is beneficial for your child to read both silently and aloud to practice fluency.
Math: Students will get a review of what we are learning in class, previews of what’s to come, and/or a spiral review of past content.
