All agenda items (materials & supporting documents) must be submitted per the above schedule to Maria Lettiere at mlettie@luc.edu for consideration by Academic Council.
Fully-signed Applications must be submitted at time of request to Maria Lettiere at mlettie@luc.edu, before it is reviewed by the Academic Council.
If the department/program makes revisions after this proposal has been reviewed by the Academic Council’s Curriculum Committee, the department/program must submit a new signed form to Maria Lettiere.
