Please be aware that in August 2015, the Academic Council will change over to a new system for submitting curricular-change requests. The system will be located in DocFinity. The DocFinity eforms are based on the same forms Academic Council has used in the past. We will publicize the site as soon as it is ready to go live.
Because of the change, THE COUNCIL CANNOT ACCEPT SUBMISSIONS ON THE OLD FORMS. They are listed below for your reference during the period of transition.
