All testing for grades 6-8 will be a computer based experience.
ELA - Wednesday, April 7th and Thursday, April 8th - Make up day(s) are Friday, April 9th and Monday April 12th
CIVICS - Thursday, April 29th and Friday, April 30th - Make up day(s) are Monday, May 3rd and Tuesday, May 4th (8th grade only)
Math - Wednesday, May 12th and Thursday, May 13th - Make up day(s) are Friday, May 14th and Monday, May 17th
STE - Tuesday, May 18th and Wednesday, May 19th - Make up day(s) are Thursday, May 20th and Friday, May 21st (8th grade only)
TEST PREPARATION STRATEGIES:
Get a good night's sleep.
Eat a good breakfast.
Pace yourself, know how many questions are on the test.
Skip problems you are having trouble with, BUT make sure you mark them to go back to when you have finished the other test items.
Read all answers and choose the "best answer," don't choose the first answer that seems reasonable.
If you are unsure of an answer, eliminate as many answer options as you can and then guess wisely from the answers remaining.
