PE Homework

While you're doing school work at home, take movement breaks (5-10 minutes is good) to help keep your brain fresh. Drink water to help the brain and body perform its best.

- Go outdoors for a walk or run.

- Take the dog for a walk or run.

- Shoot some hoops.

- Kick a ball.

- Play catch.

- Do cartwheels.

- Take a Bike ride. (Helmet please!)

- Do a Dance.

- Play in the snow.

Now you're ready to get some work done! Yeah!!
