How do I access the Family Portal?
You can access the Family Portal using any web browser (Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc.) by going to x2.londonderry.org.
Why does it say my account has been disabled?
If you have had too many unsuccessful login attempts your account will automatically be disabled. You will need to contact your child's school to have the account reactivated using your registered email account.
What are Security Preferences and why do I need them?
Security preferences allow you to enter a question and answer for automated password recovery and to change your primary email address on record.
What if I forget my password?
Click on the ‘I Forgot my Password’ link on the login screen. This will generate a new password for you and send it to your registered email account.
If you are still unsuccessful, please contact your student's school for help.
How do I change my password or e-mail address after logging in?
You can change your password and e-mail address through the Set Preferences screen at the upper right side of the screen. Remember, your password must meet the basic complexity requirements. You can click on the link next to Requirements in blue ‘Click to view’ link.
What if I forgot my username?
All family portal accounts begin with fam_ then your first initial and full last name. In some instances you will have a number after your name.
If you still cannot remember your username, please contact your student's school for help.
Why was I logged off?
You will be automatically logged off if you are INACTIVE for more than 10 minutes.
