Is your child eligible for a driver's license?
Has your child completed Driver's Education class with a 'D' or better?
Has your child completed and passed all 12 lessons in behind-the-wheel with Mrs. Hamann?
Has your child completed 50 hours of driving at home?
Has your child held a driving permit for 9 months?
Has your child turned 16 years of age?
If you were able to answer 'yes' to the above questions, then your child is eligible to get their driver's license!
The blue slips are no longer sent to the students. The blue slips are now electronically sent to the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Enter student PERMIT NUMBER (without dashes)
You will then know if student has been entered to the Department of Motor Vehicles. If a student has not been entered, it will appear in RED either because the student did not complete the above requirements, has an outstanding balance with the main office, permit number was filled out incorrectly, or Mrs. Hamann has not claimed that student yet.
Acceptable forms of Identification
Items needed to take to driving facility in order to obtain a driver's license:
Learners permit
Original birth certificate
Social Security Card
School I.D
Proof of residency
Each student will have to take a road test at the driving facility. Please make sure that you have up to date license plates and an insurance card with you for that car.
