Agility-
The ability to change the position of the whole body quickly and control the movement of the whole body
Example- sidestep in football, floor work in gymnastics
Balance-
Static Balance-
Keeping the body stationary- example tree position in Yoga
Dynamic Balance-
A controlled, stable position during movement- example basketball player
Co-ordination-
Movement of parts together to complete a common goal, the combining of diverse part or groups to make a unit
Example- Dribbling a basketball and running at the same time
Power-
Speed x Strength = Power, Athletes uses power to propel themselves or and object forward or upwards
Example- Football: long throw, Track: long, high jump, or shot put, weight lifting
Reaction Time-
The time taken between the presentation of a stimulus and the onset of movement. How quickly you can react to something
Example- singing a baseball bat, catching a line drive baseball
Speed-
The differing rates at which an individual can perform a movement or cover a distance.
