Mr. Clark visits our school once a week to pick up or return repairs and/or to restock our resale items. He is scheduled to be at Lenox every Wednesday around 11:30 a.m. If you need to send something with him for repair please get it to the band room one day in advance so we can be sure he receives it.
Important Information:
Rieman Music from Creston, Iowa is no longer servicing our school effective April 2017. If you have purchased an instrument from Rieman Music and have a service contract agreement and need it serviced please contact Luk Burch, the Rieman Music Creston Manager at lukeb@riemans.com OR call 1-800-947-9139 to schedule a time for Rieman Music to pick up and return the instrument at the school office. It is important to note that if you currently have a service contact with Rieman's please be aware that if you send it to another music store for repairs you will be paying full price for the repairs and voiding your service agreement with Rieman Music. If you have any questions please contact the band director via email at tmcconnaughey@lenoxschools.org or phone the school at 641-333-2244 Ext. 1412 and leave a voicemail.UPDATE: Rieman Music is currently making stops at Lenox for the 2020-2021 school year!
