Welcome to Mrs. Veraa's Animal Science Classroom!
What does our virtual classroom look like???
Great question, I'm glad you asked!! I will be posting all classroom information and assignments in Google Classroom.
When we meet in a virtual meeting together we have some classroom expectations, just like we do in the physical classroom.
1. Come to class dressed and ready to work.
2. Find a quiet place to work. I understand we are all working from home, but ask those around you to work quietly while we are meeting.
3. Control the things we can control. We can't control others, or pets showing up on screen. We can control our actions and words. Remember everything on the internet sticks around forever, so watch what you say and do. You can control your engagement level, an example is paying attention and participating, not texting on your phone during our class.
4. When you enter our meeting use the mute button. Remember to unmute when you need to speak though.
5. Use headphones if you can, it will cutback on feedback sound.
6. Remember that we are all learning as we are going, and we have got your back.
My website is divided up by each class I teach, be sure to explore and check everything out. You just might find a thing or two you need!
