Pay your singer's choir fee by cash or check to LMS Choir
Sixth Grade ($35) | JV Treble & Tenor/Bass ($40) | Varsity Treble & Select Tenor/Bass ($50)
Cash or Check is accepted.
Please ensure that all forms of payment are turned into the choir program in a sealed envelope with student's full name
and what the payment is for.
Check Information:
-Make checks payable to "LMS Choir"
-Write your students name & what the payment is for in the subject line
-Write your DL Number in space available on check per LISD Guidelines

This step is required for all members of the LMS Choir program. Physicals are not needed to participate in choir.
