Rachel Clow, Choir Director

Mrs. Clow received her Bachelor’s Degree from Texas State University in Music Studies, with a vocal emphasis. During her time at Texas State she performed with several ensembles, including the Texas State Women’s Choir and the Texas State Chorale. She also led the soprano section of the Texas State University Singers. Mrs. Clow was an active participant in both of the collegiate chapters of American Choral Directors Association and Mu Phi Epsilon, where she served as president.

Mrs. Clow is a proud Dallas, TX native and is excited to begin her fifth year in Austin with Leander MS. In her free time, she loves to drink coffee, bake goodies, and watch comedy sitcoms! For the fourth year, Mrs. Clow will also be serving as the Assistant Dance Director for the LMS Tigerette Dance Team. She is eager to share her passion for fine arts with her students!

Ryan Loveland, Choir Director

Mr. Loveland received his Bachelor's Degree in Music Education with Choral emphasis from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. During his time at TTU, he performed with various ensembles such as the Texas Tech University Choir, Texas Tech University Singers, The Matador Singers, WTCC's Brovoce,  and The Lubbock Chorale. He also served in choral leadership/soloist roles at various church choirs around Lubbock from 2016-2020. 

Mr. Loveland hails from Lubbock, Tx and is excited to begin his 3rd year with Leander Middle School's Tiger Choir. Personal interests and hobbies include but not limited to Netflix, playing PS5, hiking, and playing with his two pugs, Eleanor and Bagel.
