Interpreter and Translation Requests
FOR FACE TO FACE INTERPRETING NEEDS:
*Interpreter requests will be processed during business working hours. Requests submitted during weekends, school breaks, system closures or holidays will be processed the next business day.
*Important! Read #1-#3 prior to requesting an interpreter:
Requests MUST be submitted a minimum of 7 working days in advance of your meeting. Submissions made less than 7 working days may result in no interpreter being available for your meeting.
For virtual/ teleconference meetings, we now have 2 virtual apps to access live, online interpreters for meetings under 45 minutes. Please see your EL teacher and ask about these VRI apps that can be accessed without the need to fill out an interpreter request. Otherwise, fill out the Interpreter Request Form. For question #5, fill out the purpose AND supply all information needed to access your virtual/ teleconference meeting (meeting link, log-in and password information).
