First pass budget - week 1 (February 9) - done

Kick off with internal LBNL staff - week 1 (February 9), review scope, need for contributors, brainstorm on who knows what’s going on at certain companies, confirm interest, get pointers to resources, share budget levels and what contributions entail.

Draft detailed outline - end of week 3 (February 20)

MS Review of outline - end of week 4 (February 27). Ask for written comments, and also call to discuss comments with Darrell.

Examples and templates of sections for co-authors by week 4. Authors begin writing (February 27)

Content generation for full review draft version

• Charrette, week 4 or week 5, if/as needed

• Drafts from authors of each section/part by week 7 (March 23)

• Evan + Jessica review Authors' V1 by week 8 (March 30)

• Revisions from authors by week 10 (April 13)

• Synthesis and completion of External Review Draft by end of week 13 (May 1)

MS Review of full review draft- end of week 14 (May 8), 1 week turnaround time for written comments from MS. Call as needed to discuss comments with Darrell

Authors’ final text, figures, and matrix entries (2) responding to comments by May 22 (S&J @ BBldg Summit last week of May)

Final Version - end of week 16 (May 31). Keep as richly hyperlinked website or, if needed, MS Word-level of production => PDF (no external layout/design services)
