Weight Room Policy: In order for us to be as successful as possible, it is extremely important that all of the players get in the weight room twice a week during the season. This is something that needs to continue throughout the rest of the school year and over the summer as well. We cannot be satisfied with just being good in our conference. WE WANT TO BE ONE OF THE BEST PROGRAMS IN THE STATE!
In-Season Weight Training Program (November 7th - March 10th)
Maximum Vertical Workout (April 4th - June 10th)
Off-Season / Summer Weight Training Program (June 13th - September 2nd)
Pre-Season Weight Training Program (September 5th - October 28th)
