Travel/Meeting Documents

*All Itineraries are tentative.  Based on prior years the itinerary in listed documents is very close to the final agenda.  We work with the tour agent through the year to adjust daily activities based on park times, availability, and our final performance time. 

Additional Notes:

• Interested in being a chaperone?  We will send out a separate communication on our chaperone process after the initial student registration

• We will have 1-2 general fundraisers next year (Typically coffee or items students have done well with in the past)

• Feel free to reach out with questions or concerns or if you have any issues with initial payment timeline or special circumstances
