KJ Peterson Consulting (KJPC) is skilled at coordinating and guiding cohesive teams of subject matter experts, decision-makers, and stakeholders through the strategic planning process. We apply classic strategic planning methods to enable teams to collaboratively articulate their vision and mission, and to develop specific goals, strategies, and objectives that will accomplish their mission.

Our strategic planning model engages teams through focused brainstorming exercises that enable them to analyze critical issues and barriers, and to identify pragmatic solutions that address the issues. In the process, KJPC leads teams to collectively develop goals and strategies that guide them to SMART objectives (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-framed). Action plans are then designed, which include methods for scheduling specific tasks, monitoring progress, informing stakeholders, and regularly updating the plan for ongoing achievement of the mission.
