First semester of 2022-2023

"Roald Dahl Week" September

A week in which Elementary students read and celebrate the antics of Dahl's favorite characters and Middle School students exercise their Dahl-esque writing skills.

"Information Literacy Awareness Month"

Throughout the month, teachers and students will receive special tokens of tips and guides that will elevate their information literacy levels.

"Family Reading Night"

Starting at 5 p.m., parents will be able to bring their children, ages 3–4, and read to them in a nurturing environment. The library staff will oversee the reading activities and host a motivational talk to parents.

"The Numeracy in Literacy Night"

This mini-workshop will explore the relationship between mathematics and children literature, focusing on how the two disciplines are intertwined. Parents will be able to bring their children, ages 4–6, and read to them in a nurturing environment.

Annual Book Fair

Students will be able to purchase books from Scholastic and other publishers at discounted prices for five whole days. The Fair will operate in the library’s lobby from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday of that week.
