A.I.M. Better Beginnings - Required for all new teaching staff regardless of licensure:

• One Year Requirement

• Participation in an orientation

• Pairing with a mentor and maintaining a log of directed activities (30 hours) See form below.

• Participation in a hybrid course comprised of district support meetings and online work via our schoology classroom.

• Peer Observations (3) See form below

Year Two for Educators Working Toward Professional License :

• 50 Hours of Documented peer to peer or peer to supervisor experience. Please use beyond year one activity log provided below.

• Sample approved activities include formal peer observation, early release day activities, feedback forums with peers or supervisor, participation in MTA Early Career Educator Conference .
