Film photography is an introduction to basic 35mm camera operation, black and white film processing, and darkroom procedures in enlarging and developing prints. Emphasis is on practicing technical skills and learning the basics of photographic composition. Upon completion, students should be able to successfully expose, develop, and print a well-conceived composition. Photo 2 Film Photography students will be able to refine these skills through advanced contrast and composition control with a focus of providing meaning and personal expression in their work.

What do I need?
Film photography is for students who appreciate a much more tangible form of photography and appreciate the patience involved of acquiring an artistic and historical skill in the most hands on form.
Students must have a SLR film camera that is in working condition and has working batteries if needed.
