Performance attire for drums and choir: Wear holiday colors and festive holiday clothing. Hats and scarves are also acceptable.

Thank you to all who auditioned for the choir solos for our Winter Showcase!! We had a lot of excellent singers audition this year. I'm super proud of all of you for auditioning and sharing your voice with me. Oh! And don't forget choir rehearsal tomorrow morning at 7:30 AM.

VPA Chorale

Comprised of 4th -6th grade students, VPA Choir represents our school at both local and state-wide performances. Choir meets before school:

Rehearsals: Thursdays, 7:30 AM- 8:10 AM.

Choir Dues are $20 for the year. This covers the cost of music, CDs, and music accompaniment.

Solo Auditions are December 9th-13th during rotation classes for our Holiday Showcase performance (the showcase performance is Tuesday, December 17th, 7pm at the JHS performing arts center.)

You may sing any of these solos for your audition. Auditions will be held during rotation classes next week. Solo audition results will be posted Friday afternoon next week!

If your child needs a CD with "Believe" and accompaniment only tracks, I have CDs of this song available in my room.

Ten students will be chosen based on previous experience in choir and/or music class. Parents must provide transportation, registration fees, and overnight hotel stay. ArkMEA limits this event to 10 choir students per school.
