Check Requests

Approved expenses can be paid to vendors directly by check or reimbursed to you by check. All expenses require a check request form to be completed at this link. Checks should be picked up at Kyffin whenever possible. Checks must be signed by two PTA board members and may take up to two weeks so please plan accordingly. Contact Marisa Rumon, Treasurer, at treasurer@kyffinpta.org with any questions or requests for an expedited check.

Scheduling

Email Alex to coordinate dates for Events or Programs to ensure there are no conflicts with the school. 

Documentation and Planning

Folders for each committee have been setup on our PTA Google Drive.  We ask that you please store any relevant or helpful documentation pertaining to your position and event/program/activity in this folder.  Many of these folders contain the Chair Action List to assist in keeping track of the committee's yearly tasks and any important notes to remember about them.  Keeping these up-to-date can ensure the smooth continuity of your committee's events from year to year. The Action List is also a great place to keep track of your volunteers so that we can thank them at the end of the year.
