PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance and regret notifications will be emailed by February 1, 2019. If your proposal has been accepted, carefully review the actions needed to confirm your presentation.

SESSION ASSIGNMENTS
Presenters will receive email notification which details the date, time, and room assignment. You may also view your session information when it becomes available under the Schedule/Sessions section of the website. We will determine final room locations in late April.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
Presenters will need to bring their own laptop, Chromebook, etc. and the necessary adapter to connect to an LCD projector.
REGISTRATION
All adult presenters must register to attend the conference using a promo code that will be provided within the proposal acceptance notification. ITIP Ohio is pleased to provide each accepted proposal one complimentary conference registration.
HOUSING
Housing is not included in the conference registration process. Rooms fill up quickly, so make your reservation as early as possible.

Presenters may edit their profile and session information in EduPlus Management System. Please note that this account is only accessible from a web browser and is not connected the account used with the conference mobile app. Prior to the conference, presenters are encouraged to:
- Add your photo
- Upload session materials
- If you have co-presenters, you may add their information to the session description
- The Twitter field must follow the format https://twitter.com/username
- Please note that it may take 24 hours for changes to be reflected in the app.
