Also, here is some information regarding the North Metro track league for youth entering grades 4-7.
Although Becker is not officially a part of this league, it may be possible for Becker families to participate with the league by signing up with one of the district's community ed programs. There are summer Community Ed programs that participate in meets during the week for those interested. Participating communities include Princeton, Milaca, St. Francis, Zimmerman, and Elk River. There are also meets in the St. Cloud area. We don't have a lot of familiarity with these programs, but they may be nice opportunities for those that find the weekend meets to be difficult with their schedule.
I would start by reaching out to one of the following Community Ed programs and registering through them. That should get you eligible to participate through them. Let us know if you have any questions. I am sure we can figure it out so you can have your child participate in these local week day meets.
