*All students have a variety of learning needs. I have explored different learning methods of diverse learners in my Beginning Teacher PLT.

*When special needs students work on assignments or projects, I will modify them based on previous performance in class. I give a follow along sheet in place of notes during lecture. I will also give word banks for worksheets or quizzes, whenever necessary. Student projects will also be modified as needed. Most of the time, I will put some basic components in the project so that the student will not fall behind. For example, in the video game project, I have a template that has basic components of the game already there. Then the student just has to finish up the game, versus designing and creating the entire game. Students are also allowed to use tutorials for projects. The electronics unit has two modifications: printed diagrams with directions, and a different, but similar project with Snap circuits.
