All band students, no matter when they actually have band class, will be responsible for playing assignments throughout the school year. We are so fortunate that we are able to provide you with guidance and rigor throughout the school year and not just during the 4 week class period. As you all know, if you only played your instrument for 4 weeks and then didn't pick it up again for 3 months, you would not make very much progress! We will provide you with lessons throughout the school year to ensure that you continue to make progress on your instrument!
Smart Music- We are so lucky this year to have been provided with a program called Smart Music. This is an online tool developed specifically for online music learning. The majority of your lesson assignments this year will be through Smart Music. All students will receive their Smart Music login information on Google Classroom starting on September 21.
