Drivers Education

Driving an automobile safely and responsibly is one of the

most important skills you will learn in a lifetime.

This course consists of the State required 30 hours of classroom instruction and 6 hours of Behind-the-Wheel. The classroom prepares the student for the written permit test. Upon completion of the classroom and obtaining an instruction permit, the student is responsible for contacting Mr. Noel to schedule his/her Behind the Wheel Training.

Each student will receive 6 hours of instruction. The student will begin the lesson from the parking lot on the north side of the Fosston High School Gym.

Students are required to have their permit for at least six months and be 16 years of age before they are eligible to take the road test for their driver's license. The Minnesota Drivers manual can be found here.

A variety of Minnesota Drivers Information can be found here. Information such as tab renewal, Exam Schedules, office locations, and license information.
