Welcome to Strategic Reading! We are looking forward to a successful school year working on reading skills & look forward to getting to know our students and supporting them in their classes.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Students will be working on improving their reading comprehension, vocabulary, text evidence/written responses and personal reading.
Students are expected to bring a personal reading book, their story packet and a writing utensil to class each day. All other supplies will be provided digitally or in the classroom.
Students are expected to read independently for 100/week (or approximately 20 minutes/night) for homework. The best way to improve at something is to spend time practicing!!
