- 5 DAY CYCLE CALENDAR. The 2018-19 Elementary Calendar (w/ 5-Day-Cycle) can be found as an attachment at the bottom of this page.
- STUDENT SCHEDULE. For those students in my homeroom, I have attached a copy of a 5-day student schedule, showing when each subject is scheduled. Please note that this can/will change as needed.
- FRENCH. This year my Homeroom students will French on Days 1, 2, 3, & 4 of the schedule.
- MUSIC. This year my Homeroom students will have Instrumental Music with Mr. Fazzari on Day 5 of the schedule.
- PHYSICAL EDUCATION. This year my Homeroom students will have Phys. Ed. with Mr. Grechulk on Days 1 & 5 of the schedule. However, students should have running shoes at school everyday, as we will usually be doing some sort of daily physical activities (DPA) on alternate days.
- SUGGESTED SUPPLIES. Knowing back-to school shopping can be expensive, I have created a list with some recommended supplies to try to help you avoid buying items that are not required. You can find the list as an attachments at the bottom of this page.
- YOUCUBED.ORG. A great resource site (from Stanford University) for parents with videos and articles with strategies / ideas to help support your child in Math this year. https://www.youcubed.org/
- INSPIRING YOUR CHILD TO LEARN AND LOVE MATH. Inspiring Your Child to Learn and Love Math is a tool kit for parents developed by the Council of Ontario Directors of Education (CODE). This toolkit was created specifically for parents of children in the elementary grades in Ontario (Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8). The toolkit emphasizes the many ways in which parents’ help and support plays an important role in inspiring their children to learn and love mathematics.
