Bhargava Ram

Bhargava Ram, a Principal Consultant, is a versatile consulting professional with a decade of experience. He earned his MPA from Hyderabad Central University and BCA from Kakatiya University with distinction. Over the past 8 years, he has provided consultancy services, specializing in facilitating teams to co-create context-specific solutions, enhancing team effectiveness, and offering training and coaching on career development. Bhargava is passionate about co-creating and partnering in the institutionalization of HR systems and processes tailored to specific contexts.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Bhargava has diverse life interests, including dramatics, trekking, and other outdoor pursuits. In addition to reading, he dedicates a significant portion of his day to engaging with both old and new clients. Actively involved at the strategic management level, Bhargava brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

Pavan Viswa Dutt.

Pavan Viswa Dutt serves as the Operations Manager and leads the BPO wing at HRWings. He holds an MS from Central Queensland University, Australia, and a B.Tech from Kakatiya Institute of Technology Sciences. With over 8 years of result-oriented professional experience in management, Pavan possesses expertise in various operational aspects, including Strategic HR, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Appraisals, Training & Development, Attrition Management, and Recruitment. His proficiency extends to handling the complete spectrum of HR functions for large organizations.

In his role, Pavan is responsible for overseeing HRWings' operations, managing teams, and extensively engaging with international clients in the business process outsourcing domain. His strategic contributions play a vital role in driving the organization to new heights.

Sampath Kumar

Sampath Kumar, a Senior Consultant at HRWings, brings a unique blend of legal expertise and management consulting experience to the table. With a Law degree from Osmania University, Sampath provides invaluable guidance and assistance to organizations on navigating the intricacies of legal entity registration for companies, firms, LLPs, trade associations, societies, and trusts.

His expertise extends beyond mere guidance. Sampath actively assists organizations in maintaining proper in-house prescriptions, ensuring their legal compliance and smooth operations. This dedication to detail and commitment to client success make him a vital asset to the HRWings team.

But Sampath's contributions extend far beyond his legal acumen. As a Management Consultant, he plays a crucial role in the execution of HRWings' business strategy. Krupal

Krupal, serving as a Senior Consultant, holds a Master of Business Administration from NIHRD (MU) and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Vocational Training. With over 11 years of experience in human resources management and consulting, Krupal has worked with Fortune 500 corporations both domestically and internationally. His human resource expertise spans various industries, including transportation, logistics, technology, manufacturing, insurance, and retail.

In his role, Krupal is responsible for HR Management and recruitment, overseeing HRWings' Business consulting portfolio, managing Branding, SEO, Communication with Institutes, and leading product evangelism efforts. He is supported by a team of senior professionals with specialized competencies in individual verticals and functional areas.

Krupal is a Life member of NHRD, HMA, and MAA. He is associated with eTelugu.org, tmad.org, Satya Sai Seva Samiti as an executive board member, and volunteers with Wikipedia and the Indian Red Cross.
