Roster assignment in HRPro's Employee Portal can be managed by superiors or designated roster administrators, based on your configuration settings.

Rosters are assigned by either:
Superiors: Employees whose "Report to" field points to them in the roster employees' records.
Roster Administrators: Employees with the "Is Roster Administrator" option enabled in the Employee Master (EPortal tab), who can manage rosters for their department, division, or location.
This depends on the "Rosters are assigned by" setting in Employee Portal Setup > Employee Self Service tab > Roster Assignment panel.
排班指派由以下人員負責:
上級主管:員工記錄中「匯報上司」欄位指向其上級的員工。
排班管理員:員工主檔(EPortal 分頁)中啟用「是排班表管理員」選項的員工,可管理其部門、分部或地點的排班。

To activate Roster Assignment:
Check "Enable Roster Assignment".
The Roster Assignment feature appears only for EPortal users who have "Show Roster Assignment" checked in their Employee Master (EPortal tab).
啟用排班指派功能的步驟:
前往員工門戶設定 > 員工自助服務分頁。
勾選「啟用排班表分配」。
排班指派功能僅顯示於員工主檔(EPortal 分頁)中勾選「顯示排班表分配」的員工門戶使用者。
If "Roster Assignment including Self" is enabled in Employee Portal Setup > Employee Self Service tab, the logged-in user's own roster appears in the table for editing.
When "Assumed one Employee one Roster" is on in Master Setup, approved leave types for the employee display in red on the roster table to help assign the correct shift code.
Enabling "Allow Roster Assignment to create new roster Schedules" (in Employee Portal Setup > Employee Self Service tab) lets users generate schedules for new periods. Shift codes default to the most common ones per weekday from past rosters (e.g., "REST" for Sundays if that's the prior pattern).
若在員工門戶設定 > 員工自助服務分頁啟用「排班指派包括自己」,則登入使用者的個人排班亦會顯示於表格中以供編輯。
當主檔設定中啟用「假設每個排班表得一名員工」時,員工已核准的假期類型會以紅色顯示於排班表格,協助指派正確的班次代碼。
在員工門戶設定 > 員工自助服務分頁啟用「容許排班指派建立新的排班表」後,使用者可為新期間產生排班表。班次代碼預設為過去排班中各平日最常見的代碼(例如,若週日過去多為「REST」,則預設為此)。
If "Enable Roster Location Assignment" is turned on in Master Setup > Work Schedule panel, users can assign locations to each day.
If the "Enable 468 Checking" option is turned on (found in Employee Portal Setup > Employee Self Service tab > Roster Assignment panel), the 468 Check button becomes available. This allows users to verify whether the roster meets the 468-hour threshold. For details on 468 Checking, refer to the dedicated guide: 468 Checking.
若主檔設定 > 工作排班面板啟用「啟用排班表地點分配」,使用者可為每日指派地點。
