Application Deadline for Hotchkiss in Poland and Slovakia: October 1, 10:00 p.m. DST
The deadline is set for this date since the program takes place over Thanksgiving Break. 

Before starting the on-line application for the program in Poland and Slovakia you should have the following materials and information ready to complete steps 1, 2 and 3 below: 

1. Basic information for you and your parents/legal guardians
   (addresses, phone numbers, email addresses)

2. Responses to the following short essay questions:

   • Describe a time when you pushed yourself beyond the familiar and the comfortable.

   • If you could show a friend one place that you have lived or visited, where would it be, and what makes this place so special?

3. Response to the following longer essay question:

   • Please tell us why you are interested in this particular program and what you think you can contribute to the group.
