Because these experiences last longer than 48 hours, we ask that selected students and their parents/guardians complete the Packet of Waiver and Information Forms for Travel. 

By completing the information form available below, we can electronically send to you and your families the Permission Packet for Travel, and allow you to complete and submit them electronically (if you choose to do so).
