• Begin Unit 2 - Human Geography. If you haven't seen the video "How Many People can Live on Planet Earth", take some time at home to watch it and answer these questions.
• Introduction to Demography (notes)
• Population Pyramids - create your own pyramid and do the analysis using given statistics.
• Population density and distribution - why do Canadians live in certain areas? Fill in the chart.
• Calculate population density by province and territory, create a bar graph, and answer the questions using this worksheet.
