TLC Selection Committee
When used, the TLC Selection Committee was responsible for selecting all teacher leadership candidates. The selection committee was made up of certified teachers and administrators. The TLC Selection Committee reviewed the applications, held the face-to-face interviews for positions with multiple applicants, and made the final decision on filling teacher leadership positions, based on needs of the district and applicant qualifications. Starting in 2025 - a smaller version of the selection committee was used and interviews were held only for positions with multiple applicants.
Self-Assessment Form (optional)
Those considering applying for a Teacher Leadership Position are invited to use this form to assist in the decision-making process. This is an optional part of the process.
