My favorite areas to work are when I am collaborating in order to  understand our students and create opportunities to make instructional decisions to help meet the needs of students and increase student achievement.

The best part of being an instructional collaborator is working together with teachers in all content areas to best serve our students by working together!

• My favorite areas to work on are  Positive Well Being, including Mental Health and Social, Emotional, Behavioral well-being. I also am passionate about special education, along with ESL strategies to help learners. My new passion is working on building numeracy and number sense through the Numeracy Framework.

• I love being a lead learner so that I can help our school and our students become better. I want to help individuals (staff and students) to improve and grow in their learning and well-being.
