This course will expand on the skills learned in the prerequisite course of Beginning Ceramics. Students will be encouraged to further explore the basic building techniques but with an emphasis on Sculpting and Creativity.
Time and space permitting, the Potter's Wheel technique will be explored.
Students are expected to have strong work habits.
Daily Dose discussions on Art History, Culture and current events will continue.
Grading will be determined by involvement and dedication to the assignments. Of course demonstrated skills and improvement will also be evaluated.
