For in-text citations, you need the: 1) Author and 2) Page number (if no page #, leave it out).

Use title instead. If title is too long, use the first 1-3 words of title.

Use first author followed by "et al." (Latin for "and others").

If you use a source that was cited in another source, name the original source in your signal phrase. List the secondary source in your reference list and include the secondary source in the parentheses.
