Lab Reservations and Monitor Schedule

To reserve the LAEbrary, please fill out this form. Please note that the LAEbrary is typically only available for reservation during scheduled Monitor hours. If you would like to reserve the LAEbrary outside of these hours, your access is pending the availability of a Lab Monitor.

To reserve SLAB, please follow the instructions on the SLAB page. You can get access to the key code by visiting SLAB during SLAB Monitor hours, posted above. Please note that the maximum allotted time to reserve a SLAB computer is 3 hours.

To reserve KLC, please email laelabs [at] hawaii [dot] edu. Please note that the KLC is only available during KLC Monitor hours, posted above, or during Lab Monitor hours in the LAEbrary, posted above. If you would like to reserve the KLC outside of these hours, your access is pending the availability of a Lab Monitor.
