Stink Bombs

I. In this section, stink bomb means a device designed for the primary purpose of giving off a noxious or offensive odor when used.

II. Any person who sells, barters, lends, or gives to any person a stink bomb, and any person who uses a stink bomb in a public place shall be guilty of a violation.

In addition, if the violation occurs on school grounds or while school is in session the police will be notified and the student will be subject to suspension and/or time restrictions in school. Stink bombs are made of hydrogen sulfide which is highly toxic and highly flammable. Even small amounts can affect some people adversely. (ref. Mass.
