What is Elite Guard?

        Elite Guard is the team that showcases the Colors. (Colors being the American Flag) This team is called the Elite Guard because of how solemn it is. In the Air Force and other branches of the military, Elite Guards are used for ceremonious events such as: award dinners, retirement ceremonies, and retreats. They can also be used for more solemn events such as military funerals.

How do we use it?

    In our Air Force Jr. ROTC Program, Colorguard Teams are used for opening ceremonies in many events such as: football games, pep rallies, and occasionally at the veteran's home.
